On the first anniversary of the devastating Erskine wildfire near Lake Isabella in Kern County, which burned almost 50,000 acres, destroyed more than 280 homes and damaged hundreds of others, the Erskine Fire Long-Term Recovery Group honored California Water Service (Cal Water) for its emergency response efforts and helping residents during and after the disaster.
