The California Water Association (CWA) submitted comments on the State Water Resources Control Board’s revised Water Conservation regulations (issued April 18, 2015). The letter highlighted CWA’s support for certain refinements and modifications, and also reiterated some concerns with how the draft regulations may function once adopted.
